Lauren's is preparing for Madison's arrival

Lauren and Jason are in the hospital waiting for the arrival of Madison. They did some procedures to get the labor going. The Dr is coming at 7:30 tomorrow morning, we hope to induce her. We left her tonight having labor pains, but nothing consistant. Hopefully we will have a new grandbaby tomorrow.

Emily's first time voting!!!

Today was the first time Emily got to vote! It was so funny the people applauded her when she signed in and then they hugged her and clapped when she put her card in the finished box! Since they were making such a big deal about it I decided to run home and get my camera!! It's not everybody who get a special hurray for voting!!!

I can FINALLY make good Cinnamon rolls!!!!!

Let me just say I have watch and learned from the best of roll makers, and my rolls NEVER turn out good!!!! For my preschool graduation one of my moms made these killer rolls. I got the recipe and tryed them on my own, and they were fabulous!!!! My mom said they were as good as hers! I will put the recipe on the side with my other favorite recipes. Try them, they make good dinner rolls also.

Our visit to see Bob's dad

Saturday we drove to Yucaipa Cailfornia to visit Bob's dad & stepmom. We had a nice visit and went to lunch. Bob's dad cannot drive anymore so we will be making trips to Calif. more often. It was good to see them! Can you see the family resemblance?

Emily Is Home For A Visit!!!

Emily came home to go to the dentist and to be here for the birth of Madison!! she has to go back up to Utah on the 18th!! When she came home the 1st thing she said was where are the babies!!! She loves them and you can see they love Auntie Em!

Josh's Day Off

On Friday August 1st Josh had the day off and call me to see if I would like to go to the YMCA water park! I love swimming so away we went, we were very sad when we found out they don't open until 1:00 to the public!! That is nap time!!! So I called my friend Connie, she has a great pool and we had so much fun playing in the pool! We all had good naps afterwards.

Laurens Birthday With the Johnson Family!!

Lauren was spoiled on her birthday, Jason her husband plan a wonderful day for her. It began with a massage and facial, then shopping (using the wheel chair), nap, dinner at Maggianos with the Johnson family, then they all went to coldplay!!! Madison loved the music and so did Lauren!!!She broke her bed rest rule this weekend! She has a dr. appt tomorrow. I guess we will see how she did over the weekend! I am so glad she married into a great family!

Lauren is 23 Happy Birthday!!

Lauren had a birthday she is now 23!!! I had all the kids over for her birthday. We had Spaghetti and meatballs and Chicken Alfredo, Maggianos salad, German chocolate cake and homemade peach ice cream. All of Laurens favorites. Happy Birthday ! We love you!

We had Lauren's Baby Shower this weekend! We had lots of good food, family and friends came and we all got to celebrate our new baby Madison coming next month!!!
This baby will be the best dressed baby around! We are so blessed to have great people in our lives!!!

Guess Where We Went For Our Anniversary

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary yesterday, by going to St. George to see Les Miserables at Tuacahn. It was fabulous!!! We started taking turns planning our anniversay years ago. We usually travel and see places we want. We have gone to San Francisco, Seattle, Hawaii, San Juan Island, Victoria Canada, But with all the travel stuff going on we decided to stay close. It was a great day we were suppose to go to the temple but some things came up that prevented it. We will save that for another day. We ate at Pizza Factory and shopped!!! It was a great day!! I married a great man who LOVES ME ALOT!!! I am so BLESSED to be sealed to him, and to have our children sealed to us. It's hard to believe we have been married that many years. I love you Bob remember next year its your turn.

My Baby is 20!!!! Happy Birthday Emily Elizabeth

Emily turned twenty today a great and happy day for me!! We celebrated by getting manicures & pedicures, shopped and ate at Maggianos for lunch and Outback for dinner.
We celebrated with a family dinner on Sunday we had 25 family members.We love getting together for any occasion. I will share pictures later of this event. We love you Emily Happy Birthday!

I ride the horsey!!!

I take the kids for walks and we always walk by the horses. Grace always say "I ride the horsey" and Corbin goes crazy over them too. So I went to Toys R Us and found Pinto. He is afriend of Dora & Diego he makes horse noise and rocks!!! Great deal for $28.00 the radio flyer one was $89.00. The kids love to ride the horsey!!!
