Bob and I have been working on our food storage, like the prophet has ask us to. We went for family night to Smith Food King they are having a case lot sale. Our bill came to $329.oo then I put in my Smiths card savings, and my bill reduced to $169.00 . We had two shopping carts full!!! When we bought our house one thing I liked best was it had an unfinished basement. Which we finished into a play room and a food storage room, it is so wonderful to have a place to put my food storage!!!!

If you ever hear of a sell like that again please let me know!! Your food storage looks alot better than mine...at least all the cans!! Thanks for the soup and rolls last night. You don't know this but I was kind of having a hard day yesterday feeling a little sorry for myself. That is why I was cleaning the garage...trying to focus on something else. I know you are always so busy, so the thought that you thought about our family meant alot. I have nothing to complain about...I know I am truely blessed, but sometimes hormones just ruin everything. Lisa you have become such a great friend and I honestly feel like you are family. I can talk to you about anything. I love you and thanks again. I'll post some new stuff in the next week or so. And I like how you changed to orange for the fall!!

That is one of things I can't wait to do when I have a bigger house. I have some food storage but it's hard to have a lot when you just don't have the room. Plus it doesn't help that I get major anxiety when there's clutter in my house. I'm crazy!
Lisa! I am laughing so hard at you calling it Smith Food King. We all still call it that, and it's kind of a family joke at our Oblad house. I'm so glad to see we're not the only ones who call it that! Haha, you're so dang cute, I could kiss ya! Also, I wish we had a Smith's down here in So. Cal. Maybe soon! Good for you for doing all of that, it's a good reminder to swap out what we have already, use it and replace. I have tons of food storage, but I don't really touch it! Thanks for the reminder!!!
