For those of you that may not know Bob has gone to work for AFLAC. One of the reasons Bob went to work for them was because of their great reputation, and that they really help families. We have a few friends who have had policies and unfortunately had to use them. It was a blessing to them. AFLAC covers all the things your insurance doesn't plus it pays you, not the hospital or doctors. The cancer, 24/7 accident and the disability policies are the most popular. Ask for it at work, if they don't have it available just let Bob know he can call and work with the benefits people to make it available. But you can also purchase policies straight from Bob. If you have questions Bob can be reached at 702-682-2675.

New Nativity Set
I have started to get the kids a Nativity set for Christmas each year. This year I decided to get the Fisher Price Little Peoples set! It is SO cute and the best part is the kids can play with it and nothing gets broken. It's a great tool to teach kids the story of Jesus birth.

Live Laugh And Love
Today we celebrate Bob sisters birthday. Kaye Lynn McIntyre Johnson. Kaye died in a car accident three years ago on her way to river raft down the Grand Canyon . Her life was cut short, she had a wonderful life growing up here in Vegas and then with her husband David and two kids Travis & Alyssa. They lived all over the United States, Kaye was a stay at home mom until her kids were older, then went back to school and became a social worker. Kaye was able to help alot of people in her jobs. The top picture is of the four generation's Bob's Gramdma Lewanda Tulo, Mom Rosemary Proctor, sister Kaye Lynn, and niece Alyssa Brook. They are strong women who all Live , Laugh and Love.
Kaye loved this thought and incorporated it into her life. Today we celebrate the wonderful person you are Kaye!!! We love and miss you!

We Received a Miracle....
The pictures above are of Emily August 30,2002 in UMC and Emily today.
Today is a very special day, it was five years ago today that Emily came out of her 3month coma. I know it was due to all the love and prayers from all our family and friends.
I have a testimony of Faith & Priesthood blessings. I don't know how I would have survived those days with out knowing God's will for Emily. We are so grateful for all the love and support everyone showed our family during this time. But most of all we should remember that there are miracles in these modern days and Emily is an amazing example of one of them.

Enchanted Movie
Today Emily and I went to see the Enchanted movie, we loved it!!!! It is refreshing to go and be entertained with a magical movie. Disney movies have a way of taking you away to a magical place (Just like Disneyland). I love that they had a piece from every Disney princess movie like Cinderella's slipper, Snow White's mirror and many others. Giselle is a modern day princess. I loved that she truely believes that being kind and loving to people can change lives for the better.

Birthday Night....
It was my birthday Wednesday and Bob took me to a surprise outing! Yep, we went to see Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian! The play was wonderful, it is one of my favorites. The seats were wonderful too, 6 rows back right in the middle. Close enough that I didn't have to squint. After the show we went to one of my favorite Italian restaurants called Don Antonios in Henderson. I had my favorite dish called Chicken Dore and Bob had the (huge) Antipasto salad. It was a great birthday evening!!! Thanks to everyone for all the cards, presents, treats and phone calls it made it a memorable birthday.

Our bill came to $329.oo then I put in my Smiths card savings, and my bill reduced to $169.00 . We had two shopping carts full!!! When we bought our house one thing I liked best was it had an unfinished basement. Which we finished into a play room and a food storage room, it is so wonderful to have a place to put my food storage!!!!
